2/19/2006:  Funk Syndicate welcomes a new member to the family

Funk Syndicate has added a new member to the band in the last few weeks.  Our drummer Matt and his wife Kerry welcomed a baby boy on January 26th.  Mom and baby are doing great and Matt has started Nathan's first percussion lessons. We would also like to give a shout out to Troy Schuster for stepping in at a moments notice on drums and doing a fantastic job!  Thanks Troy!

2/19/2006:  Funk Syndicate at the VooDoo Lounge

8/15/2005:  Kevin Hupe joins Funk Syndicate!!

8/15/2005:  Tanner's Downtown Grand Opening on September 9th

6/25/2005:  Putting the Funk in Lenexa

WOW!  That's all we can say about the Great Lenexa Barbecque Battle.  The band had a terrific time and enjoyed meeting all of you over the weekend.  Friday night was just incredible!  A special thanks to the city of Lenexa and to Jim Fenlen and his staff for taking such good care of us.  

6/11/2005:  Gettin' Funky in Olathe

Thanks so much to all of you who came out to the show at Frontier Park.  Even though we had to cut things short due to the rain, the band had an absolutely fantastic time and look forward to future opportunities playing for the City of Olathe.  A special thanks to Rick Dryden and the staff for the "First Class" accommodations!

3/06/2005:  Elephant Stepped on our foot!

The Elephant Run in Tulsa Oklahoma proves to be one of the hottest nightclubs in the city. Both Friday and Saturday nights were 'standing room' only and the dance floor was packed. We thank Robert Henderson and his team for providing us with A+ amenities. Funk Syndicate returns to the Elephant Run on July 8 & 9.

2/6/2005:  Thank You Tulsa and Cherokee Casino!

We can't say enough great things about the Cherokee Casino in Tulsa, OK.  The Hotel, Casino, Twisters, and the food...WOW!!!  We all had so much fun putting the FUNK in Tulsa.  We will be back at the Cherokee Casino on March 25-26.  We hope to see you all there!
